Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes returns an easy process, and we want to make the process as smooth as possible for our customers. Our 30-day return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Starting a return is easy – simply contact us at info@flexipad.com.au. If your return is accepted, we'll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions for sending the package back to us. Please note that items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us right away so we can address the issue promptly.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you about the approval of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
